Thailand's tour to Netherlands ended on a high note as they beat Uganda by 34 runs to finish in fifth place in the ICC Women's World T20. The Thai girls reached the hundred mark with two wickets down as Nattakan Chantam made an explosive contribution. Chanida Sutthiruang took two wickets in two balls and Uganda could not escape from the spinners' web. Nattaya Boochatham added figures of 1 for 12 to her innings of 38 to claim the player of the match award.
