Only three wickets fell in the match between Ireland and Scotland but it was Irish Eyes that were smiling as Ireland chased down Scotland's total of 98 for two in grand style as they lost only one wicket to win with 4.2 overs to spare. Scotland opener Sarah Bryce batted through the entire 20 overs for her 49* and hit only two fours but it was a different matter in Ireland's reply as Clare Shillington went for her shots and made 47 from 39 balls with four boundaries. Cecilia Joyce also hit three fours in her unbeaten 35 as Ireland made it two wins out of two to put themselves in prime position for a semi-final place.
